We can be found between Cardiff and Newport in the village of Marshfield.
Despite being situated in a village and being in a suburban area, we are a forward looking church.
We enjoy being part of the local community and have a number of meetings, activities and groups throughout the week.
Church isn’t just about a Sunday for us!
We offer everyone who comes along a very warm welcome and our friendliness and the warmth of our welcome is often commented on by visitors.
There are 80 church members of all ages and we take pride in being like a big large family. Our members are a church family and we grow and learn together in our faith.
We have a strong leadership team who support our Pastor and provide spiritual as well as practical direction and guidance. We have 1 elders and 10 deacons.
Our services are taken by our pastor, Rafael de Lima, and our worship has a mix of lively modern choruses and traditional hymns.
The pastor preaches the sermon using Easywhorship as a visual aid to reinforce his message on a Sunday morning.
While for youngsters there is Sunday School for ages 3-8 and Junior Church for those aged 8-18.
The evening service is attended by a smaller number and is more reflective in nature.
We are easy to find, very welcoming and would love to see you at one of our services. We meet every Sunday at 10.30am and 6pm. On the third Sunday of every month we also meet at Pentwyn House Nursing home for a 3 pm service. On that occasion we don't meet in the evening.
